but try this methi ki mathri recipe once either in festival season or normally .. This is very yum and can be prepare with very less effort.
These mathris has a unique flavour and aroma of kasuri methi(never use green leaf methi in this as its proper taste comes with kasuri methi only).
This is very delicious snax to have with a cup of evening tea..
1 bowl all purpose flour (maida)
2 tbspn kasuri methi
1/2 tbspn ajwain
1/2 tbspn hing
salt as per taste
5 tbspn vegetable oil
oil for deep fry
In a big bowl take all purpose floor,kasuri methi,ajwain,hing,salt and vegetable oil mix well and make a smooth dough keep aside for 10 minutes.
Now take a liitle ammount of dough mash with hand and do flatten a little bit, repeat this process with all the dough now deep fry all mathris on slow flame.
Have this with tea,colddrink or pickle you will enjoy these mathris in any form.
